Service Update: Farm Merge Valley & Badge Collection

So now Merge Academy is freezing up during gameplay. It won’t reset so you have to restart. At restart it reloads to some random previous point and I am losing game progress and energy, and that’s energy I’ve purchased with gems.

Why do some players have a storage shed but I don’t? thanks.

I finished the Sticker Album last week and I never received the 3500X Energy and the 2750X Supplies (Crates) It is very frustrating since I worked so hard to get it. Now I am working on the 2nd Album and I am afraid that when I finish it which I only need 1 More that again I will not receive the rewards.
Please fix this problem it is not fair that we work so hard to get it and then when we finish it we don’t get the rewards!!

I did not receive all of rewards as well.

I received none of the awards for Farm Merge in this constellation and the previous one as well. I replied to another person’s post in the forum. I also complained about Lucky Cat Bingo – how is it that this special Padlock game has NO B’s or O’s and yet the Bots are calling Bingo on both of those letters? Isn’t there a way to set up the game to not call B’s or O’s or whatever the letter is? That game was very fun to play in the beginning but parameters were tweaked and now 85% of the time I am placing 8th or 9th place, not even coming close to breaking even. I also will not use a power-up unless I earned them or they were gifted to me.

Time to work on Matching Moments…can’t get through to play

Never received rewards for completing sticker Album, Lost many energy on at least 3 occasions I lost my 270 reward energy and 1 90. Lost (not sure exact name) the first card for upgrade for the tomato plant. Items are freezing and can’t move them, so have to have to refresh each time. Love the game but WOW!

Issue is still not fixed, do you know when this will be changed, the same for matching moments over 5 days and still nothing

I did not receive my rewards from the first sticker book.
And today (9-18-2026) I did not receive my free 90 goods on 10600 on claim my rewards. I only got my 7 gems.

I also never received the energy or crate rewards from completing my first sticker badge. I got the email from Pogo saying it’s been fixed, but I never got the rewards.

I have completed 2 books in farm valley merge and have not received the items stated at the top of the page.
Do I need to complete all of the books before rewards are given?
