Don’t over‑merge; only make high‑tier items when an order requires them because larger items take up more space and can clog your board.
Use corners for parking unused pieces to keep the center open for active merging and avoid accidental merges.

Match orders first by prioritizing merges that create items currently listed in your order queue.
