September 18 Update: This issue has been resolved.
Pogo has released a statement regarding the Matching Moments loading issue:
We’re aware of an issue affecting some players where Matching Moments may not load properly. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to identify a resolution. We appreciate your patience while we look into this matter.
I’ll be sure to keep you posted here when the issue has been resolved.
Please notify us when this is corrected, thank you, or just give us a badge.
I just wish that we could close it out as a challenge and move on to another one. It says you need to finish this one before you can move on . if you cannot move on the rest will expire without getting done.
where did you find a Challenge that you have to play it before you can move on LOL
Surely not on the spinner game, because you can start all 8 at once

Was fine till new challenge and still can’t load

I have been trying to play all week.. it was fine until new badge challenge
I haven’t heard of anyone being able to load this game in several days so I don’t think it’s a small issue . Please reward everyone the pogiis for this particular challenge and don’t have it listed as any challenge until it’s totally fixed.
This has been going on for almost a week. Unable to load the game. What happens with the challenge that cannot be done???
It has downloaded now it continues to freeze when you hit play. Getting frustrated trying to plat this game.
I haven’t been able to play this since February it’s about time they fix it I’m now getting a message to just say try again no different than before

Please fix these games. Still locked from matching moments and tile hero is still glitching.
I want to know if we will be compensated for the endless hours and days we played, only to not be able to finish 3 different for badges/events, not to mention the gems we bought for power-ups. Add to that the other games like Tile Hero & Matching Moments that we were cheated out of finishing. Do better, Pogo. If you are aware that a game is causing problems, don’t make it a challenge.
Matching Moments is not working for me for over a week or so, I will not be able to finish this event unless it is fixed.
Matching moments says I am at limit and will not let me play just locks up
Matching Moments still isn’t working and now they have a new event challenge with the same game which will get done unless it is fixed.
