We hear your concerns regarding the lack of updates and understand how disappointing this is – especially regarding the loss of game progress.If you are experiencing these issues, or need further assistance, please reach out to our Player Support team directly. While our team has confirmed that lost progress in Tile Hero cannot be restored at this time, Support can provide you with the most up-to-date guidance and help log your specific experience.
