Pogo Service Update

Pogo has released a statement regarding the latest technical issues:

Hi Pogo Community,
We know that many of you have been experiencing frustrating technical issues recently, specifically with Tile Hero being unplayable and Merge failing to load and preventing you from completing challenges. We hear your concerns regarding the lack of updates and understand how disappointing this is – especially regarding the loss of game progress.

If you are experiencing these issues, or need further assistance, please reach out to our Player Support team directly. While our team has confirmed that lost progress in Tile Hero cannot be restored at this time, Support can provide you with the most up-to-date guidance and help log your specific experience.

This is the first time I’ve seen them even acknowledge there was any issues. Hopefully they will get fixed now.

Did Pogo fix the Tile Hero issue? My sister, who could never play it. was able to load and play the game today without any issues.

I still cannot get my loyalty awards to open. It’s been 4 months now. I have made reports on and others. With no fix. We were promise these awards monthly, instead of yearly. When is some one going to look into this.

I really don’t know if I have that issue because I have another issue. I have been trying for 3 hours to get into Pogo I have done all the steps that told me to do but every time I get to the point that they are suppose send me a code. I never get the code.

That’s another known issue. All you can do is either wait it out or request another code. The code will eventually arrive, so make sure to leave your pogo login web browser tab open.

Fix the games you have and quit adding new games as they are all alike. I am a 20+ member and it would be nice if you added Retro Pogo with the old games revamped. Pinochle, Hearts and Euchre. I am tired of all the games like Matching Moments, Tile Hero and Solitaire Home Story. These games are basically all the same. Its no fun when you make the challenges that take so much time to get. Monopoly Sudoku was one of my favorites but since you messed it up and cut the scoring for a game down so that it takes 2 times the games to finish the daily I have quit playing it. I used to spend gems to double my score and to keep playing but not anymore. I will just only games where I don’t have to spend gems to keep playing.
