Pogo has released a statement regarding the Bingo Jam event:
We’re aware of an issue affecting some players participating in the Pogo Bingo Jam event where Pogis may not be awarded after completing eligible Bingo boards or objectives.
Our team is actively investigating the issue. While your board progress may complete successfully, the associated Pogis may not be granted as expected.
