Bingo Jam: Pogis Not Awarding Issue

Pogo Service Update

Pogo has released a statement regarding the Bingo Jam event:

We’re aware of an issue affecting some players participating in the Pogo Bingo Jam event where Pogis may not be awarded after completing eligible Bingo boards or objectives.

Our team is actively investigating the issue. While your board progress may complete successfully, the associated Pogis may not be granted as expected.

Thank you for your patience while we work on a fix.

We’ll be sure to keep you posted here when this issue has been resolved.

How about fixing merge academy. I just filled an order for 83 gems and didn’t receive them. It also says you can sell items, I sold several items for 2, 3 and 4 gems and they were not counted either. Are you going to fix this too.

You do not get gems for filling orders or selling items. You get crystals for selling items and you get crystals for main game and/or Rush game, energy for main or rush game, and often stickers for sticker book. The crystal count is at the top next to the energy count. When the crystal count reaches a set number shown by crystal count, you get items. You have to buy gems.

I can’t get into poker town all I get is a white page or the box for the frown face I haven’t been able to get into that in 2 months hopefully they’ll fix that soon

Can’t complete even 1 board! Tile Hero not working. Not spending gems just to play this game. Been a problem for many days and then you make it a daily? Not a happy camper.

Same here, they don’t understand you can’t win a game if you can’t get it to load properly, also the quantity needed to win a game like this is unreasonable, same for the side game in Merge, does anyone know of anyone that has actually completed it ?

Still working on Tile Hero? If so, STOP putting it up for challenges. What were you thinking putting it in Bingo Jam?

Pogo should not offer any more events until they fix the games, they already have correctly to award whatever you are to be receiving

I agree!!! I have at least 5 Tile Hero challenges plus the one in JAM that I can’t play much less win.. I really wish POGO would take the game down until it’s fixed! The bingo challenge of 45 gold balloons is not sensible to me.

Can’t complete my board. Merge Academy is not awarding my crystal’s. I am playing on the main board. I cannot get the badges to complete bingo for the rest of the badges that is being offered.

Like others I cannot access tile hero it just shows it’s loading lives and I haven’t had lives now in 4 days.
