– Players can’t play on ipad/iphone
– Progress not saved on Treasure Trove event
– Unable to fulfill orders in Treasure Trove event

Pogo needs to give us back 2 days we lost on the treasure trove event by extending the time!
100% This is my all-time favorite pogo game, not so much fun with these issues.
I’m still missing one piece to make the pottery wheel even after the extra piece I received. Please extend 2 days we lost when nothing saved. I can usually finish if I have all the time allotted. Otherwise I enjoy Merge!
Me too. I wasn’t able to play for almost 2 days and now I can’t advance due to the missing piece to make the pottery wheel.
I just finished playing and I came to Facebook to see if there is any information about Merge. I had to replay the game again because it didn’t save from the last time I played which was over an hour ago. Heads up!! I have clear clear everything and rebooted my puter and my router too. Just so that everyone knows and you always tell us to do that. The problem is NOT my computer! I took pictures of both Merge Academy and the new game that hasn’t worked since the launch. Thanks
I am still missing a piece to make the generator that produces the pottery. I have lots of the anvil generators, but that does me no good until I can complete order #3.
Merge is working great for me. I was very surprised when I got into it today. Thanks pogo for fixing the problem. A favorite game.

Will you be crediting the rewards or extending the number of days for the event. I played for 2 full days and nothing was saved.
Pogo hasn’t made any statement about this yet, but as soon as I hear anything, I’ll post an update here on the blog and on social media.
I still haven’t gotten the last piece of clay oven so I can do orders. I have half of the tiles cleared off and should have it by now. Otherwise everything else seems to be working okay.
Thank you. It seems to be working properly now. This has become one of my favorite games. I hope we get a couple extra days to complete the challenge.
I haven’t been able to play matching moments or home story solitaire on my iPad for months are you looking into fixing those games too
Can you guys please fix matching moments and solitaire home story I can’t play those games at all on iPad or phone.

Could you fix the Solitaire Home Story game. It wont load on my phone to play.
Yes it’s working now but are we getting that time back we missed? Holiday weekend with family time coming up not a lot of game time available.

Can’t get past the first order as nothing coming up for the Pottery Wheel. An extra two days to make up for the days we missed would be appreciated by all.

Once the fixes were announced for Merge Academy I cleared my cache and cookies and rebooted as recommended. I still cannot get the Pottery Wheel generator to get beyond the 2nd order task in Treasure Trove. I’ve gotten several pottery items, but all were above the level 2 item required for the order task. I have a Level 4 Big Pottery Wheel piece, but am not getting any level 1,2, or 3 pieces to complete the Pottery Wheel Generator. I have over 2000 merges completed so I think this problem wasn’t included in the patch?
All “working” but the Treasure Trove game has a “cup” for the third order, and I cannot find parts to complete the Pottery Wheel. I now have 9 Anvils lined up, and no orders using them, I have merged 2030 times, and broken 40 of the 57 tiles, but no Pottery Wheel to complete order 3.
ALSO, when it was not working, I kept getting different stickers for the album, which disappeared when one tried to save and exit. Most of those stickers have never appeared again.
Given the problems, you should allow an extra day for the game before finishing, so that people actually have a chance to get to the Chest and get points. The “side points” for completing orders are not available without the Pottery Wheel stopping us at Order No.3.
