Pogo has released a statement regarding Merge Academy:
We’re aware of an issue affecting some players in the Treasure Trove event where the Pottery Generator is missing. Our team is currently investigating the problem and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and will share updates as soon as we have more information. Thanks for your understanding.

I hope so. No way I can finish the orders at this point just trying to clear the board at this point.
Same here. I have already cleared 39 tiles and no pottery generator. I hope they extend the time. It’s been very disappointing.

My game kept resetting, even after I saved it.. did this for 2 days..
That issue should be resolved now.
SInce this issue held us back for 2 days of progress, will we have 2 days added to the event to complete it?
I still haven’t gotten the pottery generator and also I keep having problems collecting my season rewards on poker Town. Is anyone else having that problem?
Not sure if it helps, but I had the same issue on my iPad and older computer with windows 10. Kept getting the “unable to save” message. Tried a laptop running windows 11 and was able to collect them.

Are we going to receive extra time due to these issues?
I’m still waiting to make the pottery wheel to move forward. I hope between the loss of using the pottery wheel and frustrating two days of not saving that we receive some extra time back to finish. Otherwise this is a favorite game of mine I play every day.
Has anyone else had problems with the sticker book? The first 2 days I was getting numerous stickers, but of course they would disappear when I came back to the game, but I have only received stickers once in the last 2 days….I just wish they would start this whole event over.
We were seeing more sticker packs before because the event kept resetting. Now that it’s fixed, we’ll only get them as Pogo intended – by completing orders, tasks and rooms.
