We’re aware of an issue in Farm Merge Valley where some players are experiencing progress not saving correctly. In certain cases, items – such as crates – may disappear unexpectedly.
Our team is actively investigating this and working toward a fix. We understand how frustrating it is to lose progress, and we appreciate your patience while we resolve the issue.
If you’re affected, please make sure your game is updated to the latest version and avoid uninstalling the app, as this could impact your saved data.
