Pogo has released a statement regarding Merge Academy:
We’re investigating reports that the 300-star (orange) Vault Chest may award duplicate stickers, despite messaging that it guarantees a Tier 5 sticker not currently owned.
What we know:
Some players are receiving duplicate Tier 5 stickers from this chest.
The tooltip text may not reflect the current behavior in all cases.Important context:
Duplicate stickers are automatically converted into Stars and added to your Star Vault balance.
These Stars can be used toward future Vault rewards, so progress is still being accumulated.Status:
