After the latest changes Pogo has made to the Merge event, for me it’s no longer fun to play. It might be fine for those who buy energy, but for the casual player it takes too long to get the tackle box to start working on the orders. I will no longer be participating in this event unless changes are made.
I mentioned in a previous post that I was taking a break from the event as well, mainly due to the reasons you’ve mentioned above. It’s frustrating you have to play for 4+ days until you can even start working on orders. At that point, why bother? You’ll never complete them before time runs out.
I agree. I am down to the last line of dynamite and still do not have the tackle box to start on orders. The game is no longer fun to play.
I still play the event for fun. I’ve long given up on completing all the orders or finding the chest.
I agree with y’all about merge. I like the game but am too getting frustrated with it. There are also a couple of games I won’t play so do finish challenges and really don’t care about most of them any more.. Try to just play for fun.. Take care all.
My take on this is that Pogo is running the event too often and people are getting burned out on it. The event is very time consuming if you want to make any progress in it. A week break between Merge events would go a long way to solve this issue.
You nailed it! I’m a little burned out on the event and will be skipping the at least the next event.
