I’m stuck on a level in Matching Moments so that badge will be impossible for me to get.

Me too! Level 213 – it seems they make it impossible to win a level so you will buy stuff, then eventually have the level work out for you after a few days (or more) if you DON’T give in and buy their stuff! Same for a few other games too.
