Pogo Service Update

Update: This issue has now been fixed. Please see the full update here: Tile Hero: Loading Issues Resolved.

Pogo has released a statement regarding Tile Hero:

We’re aware that some players are experiencing slow load times and black screens in Tile Hero. Our team is actively investigating and working on a fix.

In the meantime, if you allow the game to continue loading, it should eventually start. We appreciate your patience and will share updates as soon as we have more information.

We’ll be sure to keep you posted here when this issue has been resolved.

Ok this works I wasn’t waiting long enough for it to load but it eventually does. It takes forever so please fix it.

My tile hero keeps giving me and error message after I play 3 games, I have close it and reopen it.

When will level 12 be fixed on Mahjong sanctuary. Problem with detecting power up isn’t working correctly. Ty

Keeps telling me my device is not supported. I am on a PC and play all the other games. It will not open in Chrome or Edge.

Have you tried Firefox? Both of those web browsers are Chromium based, so usually if it doesn’t work on one, it won’t work on the other.

I have tried Firefox and the same message. I have also tried on my laptop which is only a year old with the same results. Guess this is a game I won’t be able to play unless they figure out a fix so the game will load.

Yes it is doing all that on mine and it is also freezing up my whole computer and have to shut it down because when it is frozen nothing works and it never unfreezes.

My lives have not replenished in tile hero since yesterday around 6pm est now my sisters works fine
