The 2 new badges in this update includes one for completing all levels in the Macaron shop, and for completing all of them with 3 stars.

I’m on level 195 in macaron. I don’t understand what they are asking for. Whatever is, they want 30 of them. It looks like a flat dome. I hope some has the answer.

You need to collect 30 macaron caps by matching next to them or clearing them with power-ups.
