Solitaire Home Story: Screen Lock Issue Resolved

Pogo has resolved the dark screen lock issue in Solitaire Home Story.

Thanks for your patience while we investigated this issue. The dark tint and screen lock problem after completing a game has now been resolved, and gameplay should progress normally without requiring a refresh.

What This Means for Players
Levels should now complete normally without the dark tint overlay. You no longer need to refresh after each game. If the issue continues, try clearing your browser cache or switching to Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.

I have not been able to open Solitaire Home Story or Matching Moments on my IPad for at least two months. I keep getting an error message. I have been hoping the updates you have been doing would fix it, but they haven’t. Please let me know what to do. I have been a member from the beginning of Club Pogo and find this very frustrating.

A problem repeatedly occurred on
“https://www.pogo.com/games/home-solitaire/play”.
It says the same for matching moments, except matching moments instead of home solitaire. They were playing fine and then all of a sudden I started getting this message. Other games are playing fine.

Are you on an iPad? If so, power it down and back up to see if that helps.
