I am still having problems with Garden blast. I cannot move on to other challenges until i finish this one, but it is so slow, that I will be unable to finish it in time.
The last time I tried to get into Garden Blast I could not and that was Wednesday night. I’m doing a marathon with this game in it, and I can’t get into it. Is it on our end or pogo? And when will it be resolved?
There are reports that this issue is affecting only some members. The game is working fine here. Try logging out of your Pogo account, or enable Incognito/Private Browsing mode, and see if you’re able to play the game. If it works, the issue is likely related to your account. At this time, there is no ETA for when the issue will be resolved.
I know Pogo is trying to get Garden Blast fix but the thing that gets me upset is this the Treasure Marathon is almost done on 10/21 and I still can’t get into this game at all. I have tried everything. And I still have games to get done in this Marathon. All I want to do is to get on Garden Blast and have no loading problems at all and to play it. I have no other trouble with any other games but this one. So, when will this be resolved Pogo
Did you try logging out of your Pogo account, or enable Incognito/Private Browsing mode, and see if you’re able to play the game?
If you’re able to play the game then, the issue is likely related to your account. At this time, there is no ETA for when the issue will be resolved.
What in the world is Incognito/Browsing Mode I have never heard of that or know how to do that. Well, I guess I will not be getting the Marathon done without being able to get Garden Blast done. This is not right to have these games do this especially after you do maintenance on the site.
If you log out of your Pogo account, are you able to play the game? If so, that is a known issue and we’re waiting for Pogo to address it.
I logged out totally out of my Pogo account and signed back in and went to Garden Blast and still could not get back in the game
Try playing the game while you are logged out of your account. If it works, then the issue is with your Pogo account.
