The Sugar Rush event has been added to Merge Academy. Complete it before May 31 to earn a new badge and a variety of in‑game items. You’ll also pick up extra energy and coins to use in the regular Merge Academy game.
To start the Sugar Rush event, open Merge Academy and click on the special event icon located in the right-side of the game screen. To complete the event, finish each task displayed in the top‑left corner of the game screen.

I don’t know why Pogo had to make those changes. It’s really taken all the fun out of it for me.
