Pogo has released a statement regarding Merge Academy:
We are aware of an issue causing a bubble effect to remain on screen for some players. Our team is investigating the issue and working on a fix. Thank you for your patience while we look into it.

Thank you for the info. Unfortunately I purchased my 2 stuck bubbles just to make space in my grid.
Me too. Now they’ll probably just figure a way to “pop” the bubbles, but won’t compensate us for buying them after 3 days. Why did it take so long for them to acknowledge the problem?
Great! Now make the in game events doable! I have tried every single one of them since they launched and not once have I finished one. I even tried collecting/using energy round the clock and still I fall short of time. You offer these things for our enjoyment so please make the events satisfying by being to finish them!
6 full rows and still haven’t found the item to make the tackle box. I am now at the the dynamite. I have close to 15 coral.
I do not understand why they offer these events and then make them impossible to complete. Making generators so hard to find you never get them in time, making the items have to merge so many times orders will never get done in just 6 days. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE in my groups has the same complaint. They just cannot get the events done without having to spend gems to buy energy, etc.
Now can you fix my problem with matching moments??? I submitted a request a week ago!
