Has anyone heard whether Pogo is addressing the loading and freezing problems on mobile devices?
Pogo is working on a new Player Support page. Once live, this page will make it easier to:
– Report issues you may be experiencing
– See what known issues are currently being worked on
– Track what’s been resolved and what updates are on the way
I can’t wait for that to go live!
This will go a long way with the members. Thank you Pogo for making that a priority and looking forward to when it goes live.
I have not, but It would be nice to lay in bed an play on my iPad again!
If you’re on a mobile device, make sure to update the OS to the latest version possible. Once I did that, a lot of my issues went away. You can find the minimum requirements here:
