February 10 Update:
We have resolved the issue with missing renewal gems. If you experienced this problem between November 29 and January 24, your missing gems have been awarded. For players affected between January 25 and February 7, you will receive your renewal gems shortly. Thank you for your patience as we addressed this matter.
January 27 Update:
We’ve resolved the issue with players not receiving renewal gems. Any missing renewal gems will be awarded over the week. Thank you for being part of the Pogo community.
Pogo has released the following statement concerning Club Pogo renewal gems :
