Pogo has released a statement regarding Pogo Slots Harvest Haul Event:

We’re aware that some players are reporting the current Harvest Haul event appears to be the same one from last year. As a result, those who completed the event previously are unable to participate again, since the challenge is already marked as completed on their accounts. Our team is actively investigating this issue, and we appreciate your patience while we work on a solution. We’ll share updates as soon as they’re available. Thank you for your understanding.

The issue for me is that the event is 70% completed. It’s started right where I left off on the last event. The issue is more than just “those who completed the event previously are unable to participate again”. They need to reset it for those of us have semi-completed events.

I have the same issue! The event was around 90% completed for me when it first started.

My event board progress started at 1100, so I can confirm the issue. It’s probably best to hold off on participating until Pogo gets things sorted out.
