Pogo has released a statement regarding Matching Moments:

We’re aware that some players may experience Matching Moments not loading properly, including seeing a black screen or the game failing to start. Our team is actively investigating. In the meantime, you may try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or launching the game in another supported browser. We appreciate your patience and will share updates as soon as we have more information.
