January 17th Update:
We’ve resolved the issue where players weren’t receiving a spin after completing a challenge in the Lucky Spinner Event. You should now receive spins as expected. If you’re missing any spins, we’re working on a resolution to make it right. We’ll share more information as soon as it’s available.
Pogo has released the following statement concerning the Lucky Spinner event :
We understand that some of you are not receiving a spin after completing a challenge in the Lucky Spinner Event. Please know that our team is actively investigating this issue. We truly appreciate your patience, and we’ll share any updates with you as soon as we have them. Thank you for your understanding.
