Pogo Service Update

March 20 Update: This issue has been resolved.

Pogo has released a statement regarding Lucky Cat Bingo:

We’re aware of an issue in Lucky Cat Bingo where the game may not always load properly for some players. Our team is currently investigating and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience while we look into it. We’ll share more updates as soon as we have them.

We’ll be sure to keep you posted here when this issue has been resolved.

It loads, but then all of a sudden stops marking numbers called. THEN, they catch up, sometimes not in time for me to get the bingo. Response seems really slow between call and mark.

Should never have been chosen for game of the month since these glitches have been going on forever! I lost so many tokens because of these recurrent glitches! Please fix!

Same problems with me. Glad to know it’s been noticed and you’re working on it. I was getting upset when I was paying for the 4-card game, and then it would suddenly stop and I lost my extra coins.

It seems to me that all the newer games are slow to load and are slow to respond. Not only Lucky Cat Bingo but also Solitaire Home Story is another.

Several times it would not call a bingo that I had. Frustrating to play and then not get credit for it so I quit playing it.

Actually, mine loads, but when I finish the game, it disconnects from the server and I get no credit for the game. I keep trying, but it’s 3 games in a row now.

Mine loads right now, but does do this to me. I STILL can’t use anything but the red paw dauber and only one of the new boosts works.
