January 5 Update: This issue has been resolved

Pogo has released a statement regarding Jungle Gin:

We understand that some of you are experiencing loading issues in Jungle Gin. Please know that our team is actively investigating this issue. We truly appreciate your patience, and we’ll share any updates with you as soon as we have them. Thank you for your understanding.

We’ll be sure to keep you posted here when this issue has been resolved.

When I stopped using my iPad and went back to the PC I didn’t have a problem. It just stinks that I have to open the computer to play that one game.

No, most of the games are playing fine here. If you are on a mobile device, you might want to try playing on a laptop/desktop computer until these issues are sorted out.

I play jungle gin on my laptop and have trouble opening to play and it just started the last couple of weeks

This is Jungle gin problem is ridiculous, over 2 weeks and the problem hasn’t been fixed. Seems like with all the modern technology the problem would have been fixed by now.

Its been 9 days since pogo’s post. Fix it. I pay for pogo and can not use the game I play daily. Totally frustrated. Would love some compensation.

Jungle Gin is still NOT loading most of the time and when it does there’s no one else playing. I’ve never seen it where another player doesn’t almost immediately join a game. I’ve left it sitting on the play page for up to 15 minutes at various times of the day/evening with no one else joining and that’s IF I can get it to load.

This problem with loading jungle gin has been going on for over 3 weeks now. Are all these messages falling on deaf ears. Fix this problem now please.

I joined Pogo Games to be able to play Jungle Gin and now the damned thing will not load half the time. Surely they should have fixed it in a month.
