Pogo has released the following statement regarding accounts lapsing despite auto-renew being enabled :

We understand some of you are facing an issue where your accounts lapse despite having auto-renew enabled and valid credit card information. After receiving an email prompting renewal, you’re awarded only 30 gems instead of the expected 100 renewal gems. Please know that our team is actively investigating this issue. We truly appreciate your patience, and we’ll share any updates with you as soon as we have them. Thank you for your understanding.

It did not auto renew …and exp date good thru march this year..so add the new card exp date..haha wont renew..something is wrong here use to call ea now no number been member for 20 years and have changed the card exp date before..not now…
