Saying Goodbye to Three More Pogo Games

Pogo Service Update

Pogo is refining its lineup and has just announced that the following games will be retired on April 2, 2026:

  • Anagrams
  • A Way With Words
  • Quinn’s Aquarium

Check out our Retired Pogo Games page for a complete list of all previously retired games.

The decision to remove these games enables them to focus their resources and efforts on creating new games and improving their platform.

Before these games are removed, Pogo will be offering a “Last Chance Sale”. Details about the sale will be announced soon.

Here is the list of what Pogo is working on now:

  • New Game: Poker Hands (with a twist)
  • New Game: Texas Hold ‘Em (Town Builder)
  • New Game: Match 3 (Home Builder)

Note that this list is not in any specific order and is subject to change without notice.

I’m sad to see that Quinn’s is being removed, but I’m fine with the other two.

I have no issue with this as I never played any of those games, except for when there was a challenge for them.

I’m confused to why Quinn’s Aquarium is being removed? I wonder if the other Mahjong games will be on the chopping block soon.

I’m wondering too. These building games are gem costly IMO depending on power ups and seem childish to me. Not my first choice.

I wonder about Quinn’s as well. I much prefer the Mahjong games to matching moments and violas diner which I stopped playing because I had to spend too many gems to complete games.

I agree. These new games require buying things to get to the next level, etc. I can’t afford this. I am on a fixed income and love pogo, but if it continues, I will not renew my membership and I’ve been a member for years!

The 2 word games are fine to go. Please do not eliminate Quinns Aquarium as myself & hundreds of others have devoted hours of our time & $$$ for gems on the game & have really created something unique. Do not take the game from us. Thank You.

Didn’t Quinn’s just get new levels? Not sure why this game is going away. Seems like a very short-sighted decision based on these comments. My only question about Quinn’s is what happened to that other sister? Seems like Amy’s doing all the work!

Get rid of Viola’s diner instead of Quinn’s. Only play the others when there is a challenge and not impressed either the new games they are introducing. Too many home builder types already

I am ok with the the other 2 but the quinns aquarium is a great game. Hopefully we will have better games then the last few that you created then the matching moments and card scramble not a fan at all. I have been a pogo member for 24 years and recently not liking some of the newer games.

I agree Diana. I’ve worked hard on Quinn’s and getting rid of it is insane! You work so hard to get the badges and its’ an enjoyable game. And the money I’ve spent on it to finish the games seems wasted. I think they should take a vote before just tossing the games. I’m not happy!

With Quinn not being a game soon on Pogo, I am rethinking my membership. I have been on Pogo for years but I’m not happy.

Great more new games that at some level require gens to buy power ups to win! Whether your a fan or not with the games they are retiring at least they are doable in order to win challenges, For me once there are too many unachievable challenges without buying gems is when I will quit POGO.

Really like Way With Words. Quinn’s is frustrating, needs too many power ups – please never take away scrabble and please have some scrabble challenges

Honestly won’t miss any. Quinns is the worst mahjong game they’ve ever put on the site. The only good ones are the classics that you can actually win on without feeling the need to throw hudnreds of $$$ away to powerups. So thankful.

I didnot like Qinns when first it came out, but since I have played it moreI really hate to see it go. Could you please reconsider?
Reallydo not care for the newest games. Garden Blast and MergeAcademy get too complicated after the first 200 levels so
I do not play them, even for challenges.
Please do not eliminate Quinns this time.

Hate to see Quinn’s go. The new games are awful. Childlike characters. New games are boring – I do not play. Might be time to find a new game site. I miss some of the old games and TOKENS!!!!!

I am playing in the marathon and I’m on Slots and I’ve already gotten to the bonus round 35 times but it still says I only have 25! I guess I’m done with the marathon since it won’t let me move on. With the games they are getting rid of (especailly Quinn), I really doubt I will be staying a member and I’ve been a member since the beginning. Most of the new games I hate. Unless something changes, I am done.
