Community Guidelines
We love keeping our community welcoming and fun, so we ask that posts stay respectful, positive, and on‑topic. Please steer clear of excessive CAPS, full live chat transcripts, personal details about your Pogo membership, debates about the cost of premium items, or requests for gifts. To keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone, posts with links or references to outside resources may not approved.
Posting Tips
When you start a new post, try to use a clear and descriptive subject so others know exactly what it's about. Titles like "I need help" or "Why is it not working" can be a bit too vague, so they may be rewritten for clarity or not approved. A good title makes it easier for fellow members to jump in with the right help and advice!
Reminder: If you start a new discussion from the community homepage, be sure to select the correct section (tag) so your post appears in the right place. Simply select (click or tap) on one of the category names in the list to do so.
To help protect everyone’s privacy, we don’t approve posts that include your Pogo screen name or direct links to your Pogo profile. If you'd like to share your Pogo badges, you can do so easily by creating a free Badge Snooper account.
Member Settings
Your member settings page is where you can customize how you stay in the loop with everything happening in our community. From notifications to preferences, it's your space to set things up just the way you like.
Profile Page
To view your profile page, click your name on the top-right corner of the page and select "Profile". There, you can upload your avatar, and find quick links to all your topics, posts, likes, @mentions, and more — everything about your activity in one convenient place.
