November 13 Update:

> If you completed challenges early and didn’t receive Pogis, we’ve credited your accounts with the missing ones. As a thank you for your understanding, we’ve added bonus Pogis. We appreciate your continued support!

Pogo has released the following statement concerning missing Pogis :

> We wanted to provide an update regarding the Pogi Constellation scheduled for 11/4. Unfortunately, it did not begin at the anticipated time. We understand the importance of timely starts and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we are actively working on a solution for any missed Pogis during that time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
