Pogo has released a statement regarding Merge Academy:

> We’re aware of an issue affecting some players in Merge Academy, where game progress may not be saving correctly.

> Our team is actively working on a fix and understands how frustrating it can be to lose progress. We’re also working on a make-good for impacted players, with additional details to be shared soon.

> We appreciate your patience and will provide updates here as soon as more information is available.
