Pogo has released a statement regarding Merge Academy:

> We’re investigating reports that the 300-star (orange) Vault Chest may award duplicate stickers, despite messaging that it guarantees a Tier 5 sticker not currently owned.

> **What we know:**
> Some players are receiving duplicate Tier 5 stickers from this chest.
> The tooltip text may not reflect the current behavior in all cases.
>
>
> **Important context:**
> Duplicate stickers are automatically converted into Stars and added to your Star Vault balance.
> These Stars can be used toward future Vault rewards, so progress is still being accumulated.
>
>
> **Status:**
> This is under investigation by the team. We’re reviewing both the reward logic and the in-game messaging to ensure they align.
>
>
> We’ll share updates as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience!
