Pogo has released a statement regarding Merge Academy:

> We want to acknowledge the issues many of you experienced this week during the Treasure Trove event, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused.

> While the majority of these issues have now been resolved, we’re aware that some players are still missing the Pottery Generator.

> Because of the disruption to your experience, we’re currently looking into a make-good for players who were affected. We’ll share more details once that’s finalized.
